I’M BURNT!!!!!!! AAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGHHHHHH!!!!!!!
Thats right guys, I am SUNBURNT! YEEHAW! It has been 21 degrees centigrade here, and for Bristol that is HOT.
Anyway. I had a General Studies exam. I want to stress I’ve been to all of four GS lessons since January. I don’t CARE about General Studies. It isnt even recognised by universities.
HOW pointless?
Anyway, after a butt-numbing, stomachcramping three hours of exam, we were done, and I had written 13 pages of total bullsh@t. So what did we do? Me, Hazel, Paul, Titch, Gareth, and Will sunbathed. Me, Hazel and Paul ended up sunbathing until the end of school, in between sporadic bouts of rounders and football. Yet another lazy day in the company of my friends.
You see, I’m not a social person. I have few close friends. I don’t worry about it, but it still kinda makes you feel bad at times. I mean, admittedly I prefer the company of adults-a byproduct of me being an only child, I think- Which is why I get on so well with the guys at work- But I’d still like to have a group of friends my own age. Someone to talk to. *laughs* I guess thats what we all want, in the end.
Anyway. At work today I got to go out by the outdoor pool on duty. I tell you, on a day like today, I LOVE my job. Me and my friend Robin seem to get looked at a helluva lot. It’s great for the ego ^_^
But I’m taken. And I have my tickets for America. I actually HAVE THE TICKETS!
:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I can’t wait. I really can’t.
So basically today has been a GREAT day. I have felt better than I have in a long time. Dunno why. maybe it’s because I was socuiable. Maybe it’s the heat.
Or maybe it has something to do with the litre bottle of Lucozade I necked in ten minutes before the general Studies exam.

GS is just stupid. We are forced to do it at my school, and it’s moronic. We have 2 lessons a week (1 hour 20 mins altogether) and we basically don’t learn anything. And then, of course, we get hardly any practice for the exam, and are expected to do well!
To that I say: “Poop.”
