Gawd blind, I gotta update this thing more often.
Truth is, things have been REALLY busy of late. Exams and other stuff You know how it goes.
Mind you, I’m still kinda tired. Saturday we went out for my friend Sophie’s birthday. We started at the Anchor in Pill at 6, and went back to her place for a barbeque. After that we hit the Slug and Lettuce, before heading down to the Fez club. All in all a really good night out
Then on Sunday I had rehearsals for The TwelveMachine. I got the part of the boss ^^ He’s a really good character, and I think I can do a lot with him. I also heard my friend James wants a fight. i won’t go into circumstances. But he does.
Which is annoying. I mean….he’s my friend. Still…if he wants one then I cant do nowt about it can I??
Anyway.
Today started off well. I got into school and a girl in my tutor had had a bust-up with her boyfriend. And so she decided to tell our teacher that “Well, there’s no-one in this tutor WORTH me talking too.”
Charmin’.
Still, the sun was out, and me, and my friends Paul, Hazel and Claire sat out in the sunshine all lunchtime just doing absolutely NOTHING. Oh, and Claire and Hazel had a wrestling match. A really lazy day in all.

They’re great ^_^ There’s one of me and Paul kissing….He played Flute, and anypone familiar with the play will know why we kissed. Basically, Bottom (Portrayed by yours truly ^^) plays Pyramus, while FLute plays Thisbe, Pyramus’s lover. And They kiss through a hole in a wall, in quite possibly the most DISGUSTING scene I’ve ever done.

I also went Kickboxing. You see, what we do is a mixture of Lau Gar, Kickboxing and self defence. Its a great combination. REALLY takes it out of you.
Anyway, after last week’s ABYSMAL performance I needed to do well. And I did. I had the BEST session I’ve ever had. You see, I have been suffering from nerves a bit lately.
A few weeks ago i was sparring this guy called Mark. he’s got a good 8 inches on me so it was a mismatched fight anyway, but I took him on. I hit him across the face, dropped back into a crouch to punch again, and droped my guard. STUPID STUPID STUPID!!!!!!!!! At that moment, completely accidentally, his foot connected with my face, missing my helmet and hitting bang under the bridge of my nose. It bloody hurt.
Anyway, i wound up in A&E but didnt break anything. I was lucky, because apparently where he kicked me and how hard he did it should have driven my nose up into me brain.
If it could find it.
Anyway, I sparred today for the first time since, with my friend piran. he’s about 22, the same height as me but he’s been going longer than me. It was fun.
And I beat him, 7 technical points to 6. But we won’t mention that, hey Pir???
Well, I gotta log off. I promised my friend Claudia I would give her my views on foot and mouth disease in this post but that has to wait I’m afraid
