  • Evenin’ all!

Well, 10:40 PM and I am FINALLY finished with that god-forsaken Media Studies brief. Thank God is all I can say.

I also appear to be out of my problem with the French Oral. My friend Cloe has agreed to help me translate it. Cloe, You have just saved my life and I love you. ^_^

Anyway, I went into bristol city centre today, on the hop, as you do. Actually, I had to change a pair of trainers I brought recently. They broke after three days. I was VERY annoyed. Especially as I was at work at the time. Mind you, I should have expected it. Thats what you get when you buy a pair of trainers called Nike Terra Part. Talk about forewarned is forearmed >_<

While in town I bought 4 CDs, including Queen Greatest Hits (Yes, i like Queen. Bohemian Rhapsody is one of the best songs ever so :-P ) but my major purchase was Fear Effect 2 for the Playstation.

    WHAT A GAME!

Bloody hard though :S But still, any game where the main characters are a drunk ex-CIA dude, a bloke dying of some weird disease and a pair of lesbian assassins can’t be bad anyway, right?

I also went back to the Sainsbury’s where I used to work for the first time in MONTHS. You see, my ex-girlfriend’s mum works there and rumour is she wants my head on a platter for splitting up with her daughter, so I have given the place a VERY wide berth. Still, if she was there I didnt see her and so I still have my head.

I also beat Karen at Squash. Karen, in case you didnt already know, is my cousin from Australia. She’s over here for a year on holiday and she’s staying with us. But I beat her ^_^

I play Squash, as well as doing my Lau Gar and working out, at Holmes Place Redwood Lodge, on the outskirts of Bristol. I also work there. I’m a Leisure Assistant, which is basically doing anything from running football classes to reception work. It’s an easy job, the people I work with are a great bunch and I love every minute I work.

I’m currently off work though, because of rehearsals for my AS Drama performance. A Midsummer Night’s Dream, by Will Shakespeare. I play Bottom. Who is basically a pompous arrogant S-o-B with a Napoleon copmplex. Thing is, I can identify with him and can fit into role perfectly-an inspired piece of casting, getting a pompous arrogant S-o-B with a Napoleon complex to PLAY a pompous, arrogant S-O-B with a Napoleon complex.

Well, I gotta go and lay my still-weary head on a pillow, as it’s back to school tomorrow, back into the world of dispair and misery known as The Education System. Yay.

    Well, see you guys later!!!!!!!!
